This screen gives general information about what the truck is doing. Basic Information includes:

• Ground Speed
• Electrical Power
• Load Weight (if interfaced to the truck load weigh system)
• Trip odometer (resettable)
• Compass Heading
• Truck Pitch and Roll

Gives a YT plot (Strip Chart) of general truck information including:

Mine Profiler

The mine profiler is a unique application that gives a graphical representation of the trucks travels through the mine.  It allows point by point representation of not only what conditions the truck is facing (e.g. grade, load), but how the operator moves the controls in response, and how the electrical system of the truck responds.

Graphical modes can be switched between grade, speed, torque and power.  Complete numerical data is available in all modes.

Drivers Screen

The driver’s screen is a graphical readout of how the truck operator is manipulating the truck controls. By knowing what the operator is doing in conjunction with what the truck is doing, you have complete picture of the responsiveness of the truck.

DC Bus Gauges & Plot

To understand and diagnose the DC Bus, there are a number of real values that have to be taken into account.

• Braking Chopper Current
• DC Bus Voltage
• Field Current
• Engine RPM
• Truck Electrical Power

Performance X-Y Plots

Many times, the best way to see performance relationships is to plot them against each other.  Here, two different looks are offered; Truck Power vs. Ground Speed, and Individual Wheel Motor Torque vs. Speed.  These plots allow a quick way to gauge your trucks real power and torque envelopes in the mine’s conditions.
